Culture Directorate supports the development of arts and culture contributing to the cultural identity of the community and citizens’ involvement in public life.
Culture Directorate consists of two departments - Festivals and Projects and City Holidays. It manages the Festivals and Creative Projects Funding Program - Culture Fund. The Fund provides a wide range of financial opportunities for the development of art and culture, thus reinforcing the image of the city as an active international cultural center.
